Notice of Availability of Government-Owned Invention: Reduced-Oxygen Breathing Device

The U.S. Department of the Navy is making a pending patent, U.S. Patent Application Serial Number 10/959,764, for a 'Reduced-Oxygen Breathing Device' (ROBD2) available for licensing. The ROBD2 is a device that simulates lower oxygen concentrations by mixing air with nitrogen, using sophisticated mass flow controllers and a gas extraction device.
