HUD Delegates Authority for Multifamily Housing Mortgage and Assistance Restructuring

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is transferring authority and responsibilities for multifamily housing mortgage and assistance restructuring to the Assistant Secretary for Housing-Federal Housing Commissioner, effective October 1, 2004.
