CSREES Revises Fellowship Grant Program to Support Student Training

The Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service (CSREES) has relaxed constraints on the Food and Agricultural Sciences National Needs Graduate Fellowship Grants Program, allowing grantees to retain unexpended funds and providing additional support for students awarded fellowships.
