Rural Housing Service Announces Availability of Funds for Section 516 Farm Labor Housing Grants

The Rural Housing Service is seeking proposals for grants to construct or repair Section 516 off-farm farm labor housing and emergency grants to assist low-income migrant and seasonal farmworkers in communities affected by hurricanes and tropical storms in 2003 or 2004.
