USDA Proposes Revision to Sweet Potato Standards

The USDA is seeking public comments on a proposal to add a new grade, U.S. No. 1 Petite, to the United States Standards for Grades of Sweet Potatoes, allowing for the packing and shipping of smaller size sweet potatoes.
