DoD Issues Final Rule on Companion Resource to DFARS

The Department of Defense has published a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to define a companion resource containing mandatory and non-mandatory internal procedures, guidance, and supplemental information, as part of a transformation initiative to change the purpose and content of the DFARS.
