DoD Issues Final Rule to Update DFARS Cost Principles

The Department of Defense (DoD) has released a final rule to revise the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) contract cost principles, following a transformation initiative aimed at significantly altering the purpose and content of the regulation.
