DOL Proposes Revision to Federal Sector Labor Organizations Regulations

The Department of Labor is proposing changes to regulations governing federal sector labor organizations, requiring them to inform members of their democratic rights, including the right to participate in union affairs, freedom of speech and assembly, and the right to nominate candidates for office and run for office.
