No Environmental Impact Statement Required for Segment No. 7 of Main Ditch in Poinsett Watershed

The Natural Resources Conservation Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, is waiving the requirement to prepare an environmental impact statement for Segment No. 7 of the Main Ditch in the Poinsett Watershed, covering Craighead and Poinsett Counties, Arkansas, due to exemptions under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and relevant regulations.
