PBGC Requests OMB Extension of Approval for Multiemployer Plan Regulations

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking public comment on its plan to extend approval of information collections related to multiemployer plans under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) for a period of time, with the goal of obtaining approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
