Rural Business-Cooperative Service Revises Regulations to Implement 2002 Farm Bill Provisions

The Rural Business-Cooperative Service is revising its regulations to expand eligibility for the Business and Industry Guaranteed Loan Program, simplify loan applications, and require specialized appraisals for loans up to $600,000, in compliance with the 2002 Farm Bill.
