Corps Announces Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Cape Wind Energy Project

The US Army Corps of Engineers has released a draft environmental impact statement for the proposed offshore wind-powered generating facility by Cape Wind Associates, LLC, in response to a permit application for construction on Horseshoe Shoal in Nantucket Sound, Massachusetts.
