US Amends Fruits and Vegetables Regulations for Importation

The US government has updated its regulations to allow the importation of certain fruits and vegetables from specific regions, subject to inspection and treatment at the port of entry, and meeting additional special conditions, in an effort to increase the variety of imported produce while preventing the introduction of quarantine pests.
