NASA Grants Prospective Patent License to First Technology PLC

NASA has announced that First Technology PLC, a subsidiary of Control Devices Inc., has submitted an application for an exclusive license to use a patent for a thickness measurement device for ice, with written objections due to NASA Langley Research Center.
