NASA Grants Prospective Patent License to JMAR Technologies

NASA has announced that JMAR Technologies, Inc. has submitted an application for a partially exclusive license to use a specific patent, and written objections can be submitted to NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center before a decision is made.
