US Department of Agriculture to Reapportion Cattlemen's Beef Promotion and Research Board

The US Department of Agriculture proposes to adjust the representation on the Cattlemen's Beef Promotion and Research Board, established under the 1985 Beef Promotion and Research Act, to reflect changes in cattle inventories and imports since the last reapportionment in 2002, resulting in a decrease from 108 to 104 members, effective with appointments starting in early 2006.
