Correction of 2002 Farm Bill Regulations Regarding General Credit Provisions

The U.S. government has issued a correction to the final regulations published in the Federal Register on February 18, 2003, which implemented certain provisions of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (2002 Act).
