Rural Utilities Service Withdraws Direct Final Rule for Household Water Well System Grant Program

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) is withdrawing its direct final rule for the Household Water Well System Grant Program, published on October 6, 2004, after receiving adverse comments, and will address them in a subsequent final action based on a parallel proposal.
