Notice of Availability of Government-Owned Invention for Licensing: Backplane Tester and Method of Use

The U.S. Government, represented by the Secretary of the Navy, has made available for licensing the Backplane Tester and Method of Use, a low-cost, robust, and easy-to-use testing system for backplanes, free from additional features that may complicate its use and increase its cost.
