HOME Investment Partnerships Program Sees Changes to Homeownership Affordability Requirements

The interim rule updates the HOME Investment Partnership program's affordability requirements, allowing participating jurisdictions to recapture some funds from sold homes and invest additional funds in existing homebuyer housing.
