DoD Adopts Final Rule for Small Business Set-Aside in Architect-Engineer Services

The Department of Defense has finalized a rule increasing the threshold for set-aside of architect-engineer services for small businesses in military construction and family housing projects, from $85,000 to $300,000, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004.
