HUD Grants PHAs Discretion in Public Housing Eviction Policies for Over-Income Families

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has finalized a rule allowing public housing agencies (PHAs) to evict tenants who exceed income limits, while also making units available for low-income families with greater housing needs, following public comments and revisions.
