Comment Request for OMB Review of Revised Information Collection: RI 38-31

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of a revised information collection form, RI 38-31, which is used to report missing payments from the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund. The form aims to gather information needed to trace and reissue payments, with approximately 8,000 reports of missing payments processed annually.
