US Department of Labor Relocates Foreign Labor Certification Staff to New Processing Centers

The US Department of Labor has relocated its Foreign Labor Certification staff from the Dallas and Philadelphia Regional Offices to the new Dallas and Philadelphia Backlog Processing Centers, effective immediately. Employers are advised to continue filing applications with State Workforce Agencies, which will forward materials to the corresponding Backlog Processing Center.
