US Designates Cotton Flannel Fabrics for Duty-Free Treatment Under CBTPA

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) has designated certain woven, 100 percent cotton, flannel fabrics for quota-free and duty-free treatment under the United States-Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act (CBTPA), allowing eligible apparel articles to enter the US market without quota and duties.
