Federal Unemployment Tax Deposits-De Minimis Threshold

The U.S. government has released final regulations regarding the deposit of Federal Unemployment Tax Act (FUTA) taxes, which will impact employers with a FUTA tax liability of $500 or less. These employers will no longer be required to make deposits above this threshold.
