DOL Proposes Extension of Information Collection Request for Investment Company Transactions

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a proposed extension of a currently approved collection of information, Class Exemption 77-4, which relates to transactions between investment companies and employee benefit plans, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden.
