CDC Designates and Authorizes Agency to Perform Functions Under Public Health Service Act

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has been designated and authorized to perform functions under Section 319F-2 of the Public Health Service Act, allowing the agency to take specific actions in response to public health threats.
