USDA Proposes Extension of Food Stamp Program Information Collection for Public Comment

The Food and Nutrition Service is requesting public comment on a proposed information collection for the Food Stamp Program, specifically Form FNS-521, which is used to track redemption certificates and coupon deposits. The proposed collection is an extension of a currently approved collection that expires on December 31, 2004, and is required by the Food Stamp Act of 1977.
