Rural Housing Service Amends Loan Program Regulation to Collect Delinquent Loans

The RHS is updating its regulation to require servicing of delinquent Community Facilities and Business Programs loans, in line with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, with the goal of establishing workout agreements to collect outstanding loans before referring them for treasury offset.
