California Raisin Committee to Increase Assessment Rate to $11.00 per Ton

The Raisin Administrative Committee will increase the assessment rate for raisin handlers from $8.00 to $11.00 per ton of free tonnage raisins, effective for the 2004-05 crop year and beyond, due to reduced revenue from the smaller crop year.
