DoD Issues Interim Rule on Task and Delivery Order Contracts

The Department of Defense has issued an interim rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, implementing limits on task and delivery order contracts, which will now have a maximum ordering period of 10 years, with some exceptions.
