Government Accountability Office Proposes Amendments to Bid Protest Regulations
The Government Accountability Office (GAO) is proposing changes to its Bid Protest Regulations, which will implement provisions from the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005, enacted on October 28, 2004. The proposed amendments will grant in-house competitors more rights to protest government contracts, allowing them to file protests at GAO or participate in existing protests.
