USDA Declines to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Beaver Creek Watershed Project in Colorado

The Natural Resource Conservation Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, has issued a notice stating that an environmental impact statement is not required for the Beaver Creek Watershed Project in Morgan and Washington counties, Colorado, as it does not meet the criteria set by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and relevant regulations.
