U.S. Election Assistance Commission Publishes Revised State Plans Under the Help America Vote Act
The U.S. Election Assistance Commission has published updated state plans for Arkansas, Illinois, Nebraska, and North Dakota, as required by the Help America Vote Act of 2002, following previously submitted plans.
