PBGC Requests OMB Extension for Information Collection on Liability for Termination of Single-Employer Plans

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking public comment on its request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend approval for a collection of information related to liability for termination of single-employer plans, with the current approval set to expire on January 31, 2005.
