FinCEN Requests Public Comment on Designation of Exempt Person Form

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is seeking public comment on its ongoing collection of information through the Designation of Exempt Person form, used by banks to identify eligible customers exempt from reporting transactions over $10,000.
