Federal Agency Proposes New System of Records for Non-Attorney Representatives

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is announcing its intention to establish a new system of records, the Non-Attorney Representative Prerequisites Process File (NARPPF), to assess the eligibility of non-attorney representatives who work with claimants in a demonstration project for direct payment of fees, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
