Farm Credit System Proposes Rule to Reduce Regulatory Burden

The Farm Credit System aims to alleviate regulatory pressure by repealing or revising five regulations, as well as correcting outdated references in two others, to grant System banks and associations more flexibility in areas such as stock ownership and employee reporting.
