Sacramento Municipal Utility District Seeks Partial Exemption from Nuclear Regulatory Requirements for Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station

The Sacramento Municipal Utility District has submitted a proposal to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for a partial exemption from certain requirements of the 10 CFR 50.719(c) regulation, which governs the operation of nuclear power plants, for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station.
