Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Amendment to NUHOMS-24PT4 Revision

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to update its regulations to include Amendment No. 1 to Certificate of Compliance Number 1029 for the NUHOMS-24PT4 Revision, a standardized spent fuel storage system by Transnuclear, Inc. The proposed changes also correct a typographical error in the expiration date of the Certificate of Compliance.
