Nuclear Regulatory Commission Revises Fee Schedules and Fee Recovery for Fiscal Year 2005

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has corrected a final rule from 2005 to address typographical and printing errors related to licensing, inspection, and annual fees for NRC applicants and licensees, in compliance with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990.
