Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company Receives Partial Exemption from Nuclear Safety Regulations

The Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company's Haddam Neck Plant has been granted a partial exemption from certain nuclear safety requirements, including those outlined in 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix A, Criterion 1, and 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B, Criterion XVII, as well as 10 CFR 50.59(d)(3).
