U.S. Imposes Compensatory Measures on Certain Irradiators for Safeguards Information

The U.S. government has issued an order requiring certain panoramic and underwater irradiators to possess greater than 370 terabecquerels of byproduct material in the form of sealed sources, and imposing compensatory measures and requirements for the protection of certain safeguards information, effective immediately.
