NRC Submits Revision to Paperwork Reduction Act for OMB Review

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a revision to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The revision involves the collection of information through NRC Form 483, which is used for registration and reporting of in vitro testing with byproduct material under a general license. The NRC requires a one-time submission and any subsequent changes must be reported within 30 days.
