NRC Solicits Public Comments on Reactor Oversight Process Implementation

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public input on the implementation of its Reactor Oversight Process (ROP), which has been in effect for over 5 years. The NRC invites comments from the public, licensees, and interest groups through an online survey available at http://www.nrc.gov/NRR/OVERSIGHT/ASSESS/rop2005survey.pdf.
