NRC Seeks OMB Review for Extension of Information Collection on Medical Examination Certification

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting an extension of its information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC is seeking to extend the collection of information from NRC Form 396, which is used to certify the medical fitness of applicants and licensees, for an additional six years.
