Mercedes-Benz, U.S.A. LLC Granted Temporary Exemption for New Motor Vehicle Safety Feature
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has granted Mercedes-Benz, U.S.A. LLC a temporary exemption to develop and test a new motor vehicle safety feature, allowing the company to sell up to 5,000 vehicles over a 24-month period, with a cap of 2,500 vehicles per year.
