International Services Surveys: BE-120, Benchmark Survey of Transactions in Selected Services and Intangible Assets With Foreign Persons

The Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) is revising its regulations to update the reporting requirements for the BE-120 survey, which tracks transactions in selected services and intangible assets with foreign persons. The new survey will be conducted every five years, starting from 2006, and will cover a broader range of transactions than its predecessor, the BE-20 survey.
