US Government Agrees to Finalize Free Trade Agreements with Australia and Morocco

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to convert an interim rule into a final rule, implementing new Free Trade Agreements with Australia and Morocco, which were approved by Congress in 2004.
